These Terms of Use describe the rules for using Wealth Lab Simulator. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational Use Only
Wealth Lab Simulator is an educational planning simulator. It helps users explore hypothetical financial scenarios using their own inputs and assumptions.
The app is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, retirement adviser, broker-dealer, asset manager, or insurance adviser.
2. No Financial Advice
We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, retirement, accounting, insurance, or estate planning advice.
Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, avoid, or allocate to any security, asset, ETF, fund, stock, bond, or financial product.
You are responsible for your own decisions.
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any result, return, income, dividend payment, portfolio value, retirement outcome, plan survival, tax result, or future performance.
All results are hypothetical estimates based on user inputs, simplified assumptions, and reference data.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- entering accurate information
- reviewing assumptions
- understanding limitations
- checking results before relying on them
- consulting qualified professionals when needed
You should not use the app as the only basis for important financial decisions.
5. Account and Access
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
6. Subscription and Billing
If paid features are offered, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown during checkout or inside the app.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated by the payment provider.
You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue a subscription.

The app may use historical/reference data, estimated data, user-provided information, and simplified models. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or changed over time.
We may update formulas, assumptions, models, and data sources.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to break security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape excessive data, interfere with other users, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

The app, design, text, simulations, branding, and related materials are owned by Wealth Lab Simulator or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Lab Simulator and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the app, reliance on simulations, data errors, service interruptions, or financial decisions made by users.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
